Answer:
Mail Merge is a very important feature of word processor. It is used to create a series of documents with same text and multiple addresses. In the process of mail merge we merge a main document (a letter or certificate etc.) with different mailing addresses to create several copies of the main document bearing addresses of different individuals. Mail merge is generally used to send invitations, letters or to print certificates for several people.

A macro is a saved sequence of commands or keystrokes that are stored for later use. An example of a simple macro is one that “types” your address. The Libre Office macro language is very flexible, allowing automation of both simple and complex tasks. Macros are especially useful to repeat a task the same way over and over again.

The key is defined as the column or the set of columns of the database table which is used to identify each record uniquely in a relation. If a table has id, name and address as the column names then each one is known as the key for that table. The key field is a unique identifier for each record. Alternate, foreign, primary and candidate are a few types of keys in a DBMS.

How does a router help in maintaining a network ? [2]
Answer:
A hardware device designed to take incoming packets, analyse the packets, move the packets to another network, convert the packets to another network interface, drop the packets, direct packets to the appropriate locations, etc. A router functions similar to a bridge. However, unlike a bridge, a router passes data packets from one network to another network based on their IP addresses not MAC addresses.

Changing a style using the Style dialog box To change an existing style using the Style dialog, right-click on the required style in the Styles and Formatting window and select Modify from the pop-up menu.
The Style dialog displayed depends on the type of style selected. Each style dialog has several tabs. See the chapters on styles in the user guides for details.
To update a style from a selection:

Step 1 Open the Styles and Formatting dialog.
Step 2 In the document, select an item that has the format you want to adopt as a style.
Step 3 In the Styles and Formatting dialog, select the style you want to update (single-click, not double-click), then

What do you mean by data control language? Also, give its types. [4]
Answer:
DCL (Data Control Language) commands are used to assign security levels in database which involves multiple user setups. They are used to grant defined roles and access privileges to the users. There are two kinds of user in the schema

Step 1 Users They work with the data, but cannot change the structure of the schema. They write data manipulation language.
Step 2 Admin They can change the structure of the schema and control access to the schema objects. They write data definition language.
Step 3 Basically, the DCL component of the SQL language is used to create privileges that allow to users access and manipulation of the database.

Two types of DCL commands are;
(i) GRANT Used to give user’s access privileges to database.
(ii) REVOKE Used to withdraw access privileges given with the GRANT command.
